Donald Trump has caused quite a furore when he suggested that those Nations who refuse to pay their NATO membership fee (2% of GDP) don’t deserve NATO protection. Seems reasonable to me but cue hysteria from NATO and Trump’s enemies. However, I don’t think NATO should exist and that it has become the Global Predator, time to defund it!
