It was inevitable. A major British Building Society reports that the rate of property price growth is rapidly slowing down. I think this is a good thing. Covid and associated “working from home” practises inflated property prices but that seems to be dissipating. Throw in rising mortgage rates and soaring energy bills and there is a real pressure on those in the market.
