Under proposed Scottish legislation, anyone over the age of 16 can change their gender. There will be a six month period before the legal process is complete and from THAT point on the gender is officially and lawfully changed. So what happens if a predatory man in a MALE prison decides to change gender? Will they then be allowed to go to an all Women’s prison? Are BIOLOGICAL women being sacrificed by the SNP?
