The fall of Sterling vs the Dollar is being trailed as proof that the cutting of taxes by the UK Government is a bad idea. Sorry, but cutting taxes is ALWAYS the right idea. The suggestion that the UK can avoid recession by RAISING taxes is sheer idiocy yet that is exactly what the media is suggesting!
