Yesterday saw the UK Government attempt to send a trial ”Emergency Alert” to every mobile phone in the UK at 3pm. It looks to have had mixed results! Did you get a message or, like me, had you turned notifications OFF?

It is being used as a future psychological alarm to keep people in unnecessary fear ie viruses, weather conditions etc which if one researchers into those threats, ones fears will be alleviated.
